A
friendly choir
of approximately 100 members meets weekly, August - April, on
Tuesday evenings between 7.30 and 9.30, at the Ayr, Auld Kirk Halls, There is
a modest annual subscription charge but, in return, members have the chance
to sing wonderful choral music with first-class soloists and orchestration,
under the baton of Gerard Doherty, Principal Conductor of the Glasgow Sinfonia, the Edinburgh
Symphony Orchestra and the Strathclyde University Symphony Orchestra.
